Delete your account

1How to ask

1. Write to info@ninjainfosys.com from the email address registered to your account.
2. Put “Delete my account” in the subject.
3. We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you own an organisation that has other members, tell us whether to close the organisation or hand it to another owner first.

2What is deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, password and sign-in methods.
• Your signed-in devices and notification tokens.
• Your membership of organisations and invitations.
• If you are the only owner and ask us to close the organisation: its devices, recordings, clips, snapshots, events and settings.

3What is kept

• Footage under a legal hold or in an open case, until the hold or case is closed.
• The audit log, for 3 years, and billing records and invoices, for 7 years.
• Footage that belongs to an organisation you were a member of. It stays with that organisation.
• Backups, which are removed within 14 days.
